About Kate

I am a certified personal trainer and Natural Muscle Association nationally qualified fitness competitor. I began an active lifestyle in high school with cross country and track, Pilates, and dance classes and continued running regularly through college. Now at 30 years old, a passion for fitness continues to grow.  I have competed in two bikini competitions and several obstacle course races, always looking for a new challenge.

I started this blog as a way to share the things that help me stay fit and healthy, and hope to inspire someone to become their best self through exercise and food.
