Week 3 Day 5

So it’s obvious now that I kind of had a lot of the same foods during Whole30, which I think made it easy to stick to. Preparing and making meals became easy in such a little amount of time and I already love the way I was feeling. For now, here are the meals I ate, most prep details can be found in previous posts. Breakfast: Steak, egg whites

Lunch: Egg whites

Dinner: Chicken, broccoli, carrots, sliced potatoes
